Each boot is cleaned, conditioned, and carefully cut into usable pieces while preserving unique details like stitching, overlays, and patterns.

We pair each leather piece with hardware that fits its style: antique brass, brushed nickel, copper, or matte black.

How many pieces can you make from one adult-sized boot?
It depends on the size, style, and condition of the leather. On average, we can create a mix of 8–32 items from a single boot.
How long do custom orders take?
Typically 3–5 business days from the time we receive your boots. If you have a specific date (wedding, memorial, etc.), let us know, and we’ll do our best. We offer priority production and shipping if needed.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we offer DHL shipping!
